The business was born from first-hand experience inside high-growth fintech and payments organisations, where building engineering teams at scale wasn’t just a service, it was a daily responsibility. That foundation shaped a deep understanding of the challenges, pressures and expectations faced by modern payments businesses.

A partnership was built to support the people that power payments.

We quickly recognised a common absence of deep understanding of a sector from recruitment suppliers. Chaptr was built to change that; combining genuine connection and industry expertise to make hiring more intentional.
